PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: September 25, 2025
Paveer Pty Ltd ("Paveer," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or use our services, including our dashboard and any accounts you create. This policy applies to visitors and customers in the United States and the Republic of South Africa and to data processed in connection with those jurisdictions, subject to applicable law.
We aim to minimize data collection for anonymous visitors. For visitors who do not sign in or create an account, Paveer does not collect personally identifying information except as described below for basic website analytics and operational needs. For users who register or log in, we collect and process personal data necessary to provide and secure our services.
Website analytics and cookies
Our public website does not perform user-level tracking. We do not use cookies to track individual visitors. We may collect aggregated, non-identifying analytics such as total visits, page views, broken link reports, and basic technical metadata (e.g., browser type, operating system family, and anonymized IP-derived geolocation at a country or region level) to understand usage patterns and to keep the website operational and secure.
Analytics data is used in aggregate form only and is not associated with individual identities unless you explicitly provide identifying information (for example, by creating an account or contacting support). If third-party analytics or monitoring services are used, we work to configure them in a privacy-preserving manner and document any such processors in this policy or via notices.
No cookies for tracking
We do not deploy cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising. If any cookie-like mechanism is introduced for essential functionality (for example to support a logged-in session), we will disclose that use and provide clear guidance in settings or notices. At present, anonymous visitors should not receive persistent tracking cookies from our domain.
Information we collect from account holders
When you create an account, subscribe to our services, or otherwise interact with the dashboard, we collect information necessary to provide the service, including:
- Contact details: name, email address, organization name (if provided).
- Account credentials and authentication data (securely hashed/stored where applicable).
- Account usage and activity logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
- Support correspondence and diagnostics when you contact support.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the services and dashboard.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service notices.
- Analyze aggregated metrics to maintain reliability, diagnose issues, and plan capacity.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics configured for aggregated data, security monitoring).
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Any third party with access to personal information is contractually required to follow security and confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy and applicable law.
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption at rest and in transit where applicable, secure development practices, access controls, and routine security assessments. While we work to protect data, no system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Aggregate analytics may be retained in anonymized form indefinitely.
Your rights — United States and South Africa
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict processing of, or request deletion of your personal information. For U.S. residents, including California, and for residents of South Africa, Paveer will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa). To make a request, contact us using the contact information below and provide sufficient information to verify your identity.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 18 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information promptly.
International data transfers
Paveer operates internationally. Personal data may be processed or stored in locations outside your home jurisdiction. When transferring data, we rely on lawful mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses, local law compliance, or other available safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
Account protection and service-level assurances
Accounts and data stored within Paveer services are protected using industry-standard controls. We maintain access controls, audit logging, and secure development practices. While we strive to maintain high availability and security, specific warranty or indemnity obligations are governed by the terms of any separate customer agreement you enter into with Paveer; this Privacy Policy does not alone create contractual warranties beyond those agreements.
Limitation of liability and legal notices
This Privacy Policy is a statement of our privacy practices and does not constitute legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paveer disclaims liability for damages arising from the collection, use, or disclosure of data except where required by law. If you require legal advice or need specific contractual protections, consult legal counsel or the commercial agreement you have with Paveer.
