PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY:
BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, INCLUDING PAVEER'S PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ARBITRATION NOTICE. Except as otherwise provided in Section 20, disputes will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS YOU AND PAVEER EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
1. Service Overview
Paveer's Service includes web and dashboard access, optional integrations, and hosted features that process and transform uploaded or linked video footage into structured, report-ready outputs for public safety and related workflows. The Service may be offered in free, trial, beta, and paid Pro plans.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms you represent you meet the minimum age and, if acting on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts and Registration
Account creation requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@paveer.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Beta or Trial Versions
Beta or trial features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Use of Beta features is at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed as described during purchase. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize Paveer to charge the chosen payment method.
6. Licenses
Subject to your compliance, Paveer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.
7. Ownership; Proprietary Rights
Paveer and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Service and Materials. Your submission of User Content does not transfer ownership, but you grant Paveer the rights needed to provide and improve the Service as set out in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Terms
Integrations and links to third-party services are governed by their terms. Paveer is not responsible for third-party practices or content.
9. User Content
You are responsible for content you upload or submit. Do not upload content you do not have rights to. We may remove content that violates these Terms. For clarity, if you submit video footage for processing, you represent you have lawful rights to submit and process that footage.
10. Use of User Content to Improve Services
We may use anonymized or aggregated usage data and, where permitted by your settings or agreement, User Content to improve models and services. Specific data use, opt-outs, and data controls are described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Usage and Analytics
Paveer collects usage data and aggregates analytics to maintain and improve the Service. Our public website does not perform user-level tracking for advertising and does not use cookies for cross-site tracking; dashboard sessions may rely on session mechanisms necessary for functionality.
12. Communications; Email
We may send service and marketing emails; you can opt out of marketing communications. Service-critical emails (security, billing, notices) may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with security, infringe third-party rights, or engage in abusive or unlawful behavior. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
14. Intellectual Property Rights Protection
We respect third-party IP and will respond to valid infringement notices. Repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.
15. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting existing users will be posted and, where required, notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Term, Termination, and Effect of Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment. Certain provisions survive termination.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and defend Paveer from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
18. Disclaimers; No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, PAVEER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAVEER'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; THEY WILL NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED.
20. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Except where prohibited, disputes are subject to binding arbitration. See the full arbitration provisions in this Section for details and any available opt-out.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
